Questions
What is Zelbi?
Zelbi is a new, simpler way to donate the things you no longer need. Snap a photo and Zelbi does the rest, so giving something away takes almost no time or effort. It is built to be easy, fast and worry-free, from the first photo to the moment your item finds a new home.
How does donating work?
Take one photo of your item. Zelbi writes the description and posts it for people nearby to see. When someone claims it, you choose the day and time that suit you, then either meet them or leave it outside. Once it is collected, you are done.
How does Zelbi protect my privacy?
No one comes to your door anonymously: every claim is tied to a Zelbi account and an authorized payment. Your exact address is shared only after that payment is authorized, and only with the person who claimed. You pick the time, and you can meet in person or leave your donation outside.
Will I get a flood of messages and questions?
Zelbi is built to keep that to a minimum. Your listing is written for you from your photo, so people already know what they are claiming, and the scheduling is handled right in the app.
What can I donate?
Almost anything you no longer need, from furniture, electronics and toys to kitchenware, clothing and books. Items that are not allowed are listed in our Guidelines.
